Quinn Quilt Pattern by Jody Leonardo for Purple Daisy Quilt Designs.
I love the idea of naming patterns after women or people whether they have a personal connection to me or not. For this pattern when I looked at the design “Quinn” was the first name that came to me. According to Google, Quinn is rooted in Scottish/Irish and Latin cultures. It means intelligence and inspiration, which is what I felt when I designed this pattern.
Quinn is made up of half square triangles made into Diamond and Nine-Patch blocks. All you need is some background, backing and binding and you have the makings for a great quilt. The pattern has cutting and fabric instructions for 4 different sizes, Table Runner, Baby, Small Lap and Large Lap. It's great for all those fat quarters you might have in your home collection.
This pattern is made for a Advanced beginner. You must have basic quilt knowledge such as knowledge of accurate cutting, straight line piecing and can use consistent 1/4" seam allowances.
